I am the Founder and Owner of ForeverFit-SA, a wellness brand built on my passion for helping older adult and seniors achieve healthier, more fulfilling lives.
With over30 years of experience in the field of nutrition, and 18 years in fitness, I have dedicated myself to guiding others toward making informed and beneficial choices regarding their health and wellness. My approach focuses on the importance of personalized program as well as healthy eating habits. I believe it is the foundation of any lasting transformation. Through this guidance, I have helped countless people not only improve their health and physical well-being, but also enhance their overall quality of life.
In my journey, the primary goal has always been to empower individuals to make better choices regarding their health. This in turn, supports improved balance, flexibility, mobility, and strength. It also supports weight management and reduces body fat, as well as just feeling better overall. I’ve witnessed firsthand how these intentional changes can have a profound impact on a person’s mental clarity, energy levels, and self-esteem.
In 2007, I took a significant step forward in my career by earning my Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certificate with AFAA. This decision was driven by my desire to offer a more complete approach to health and wellness. Several years later, I became certified as an Advanced Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates Instructor, Senior Fitness Instructor, and Health & Wellness Coach.
I recognized that fitness was no longer just a recreational activity or an occasional luxury; it was a critical component of a balanced lifestyle. Exercise and nutrition go hand in hand, and by combining both, I can help my clients achieve lasting, sustainable results.
To me, fitness isn’t just about looking good—it’s about feeling good and taking proactive steps toward long-term health.
ForeverFit-SA was created to support older adults and seniors, on their wellness journey, providing tools, knowledge, and motivation to help them transform their mental, physical, and emotional well being.
